Day 1: Arrival in Addis Ababa: Morning international arrival, transfer to hotel. Rest until lunchtime. Optional independent exploration in the afternoon.

Day 2: Addis Ababa City Tour: Morning visit to a local coffee company to see bean processing for export. Evening: Experience traditional Ethiopian music, tribal dances, and sample tej (honey wine) before a local dinner.

Day 3: Fly to Jimma & Bonga: Morning national flight to Jimma. Drive 2 hours to Bonga in the Kafa Biosphere Reserve. Settle into the guesthouse. Afternoon walk to the high viewpoint (former Kafa King's palace) for spectacular views.

Day 4: Tatmara Coffee Plantation: Visit the plantation for a walking tour, learn about coffee processing, and experience a traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony. Overnight in Bonga.

Day 5: Sights & Tastes: Morning 2 km walk to Barta Waterfall. Visit a Bee Farm to see hives, taste, and buy local honey. Afternoon drive to Wush Wush Tea Plantation to see the full production process. Overnight in Bonga.

Day 6: Wild Coffee & History: Drive 40 min for a 3-hour walk in Mankira Wild Coffee Forest to see the 'Mother Tree' (oldest wild coffee tree). Return to Bonga for lunch and a visit to a family-run Spice Farm. Afternoon 2-hour drive to Jimma. Visit the Palace and Museum of King Abba Jifar (Gibe Kingdom).

Day 7: Addis Ababa & Departure: Morning visit to the Ethnographic Museum in Addis for a final look at Ethiopian history/culture. Farewell group dinner. Evening transfer to the airport for the night flight home.
