Shekla Tibs is a dramatic, sizzling presentation of the classic Ethiopian sautéed meat dish. It is served in a specialized clay potn(shekla) set atop a charcoal burner. This unique heating method keeps the meat constantly warm and allows the tibs (cubed beef or lamb) to continue sizzling right at the table, enhancing the aroma and the communal dining experience.
